Steve Wilson, owner of the Wilson Design Group, works as a graphic designer, illustrator, and fine artist, specializing in watercolor, pencil, and colored inks. Steve has been inspired by artists from Southeastern Pennsylvania and earned a degree in Communications Design from Kutztown University. His work has garnered numerous awards over the years. Steve now lives with wife, Paula, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where he is a partner at Red Raven Art Gallery along Gallery Row downtown and teaches watercolor and drawing classes in the area. Numerous businesses, residential facilities, and private homes also feature Steve’s artistic work in the form of murals.
Wendy Weaver is a teacher whose first retirement merely launched her from the classroom into another decade of work in educational support. Her elementary education degree is from National Louis University in Evanston, Illinois, and she also completed a master’s degree from James Madison University and additional specialized post-graduate work. Now that Wendy is retired again, she enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting her daughters and granddaughters, gardening, and exercising. She continues to be passionate about helping young children develop a love of reading and finally has time to do more leisure reading herself.

Linda Miller is a seasoned educator with 36 years of teaching experience. She is the daughter of teachers and raised four teachers of her own. Her official training includes bachelor and master’s degrees in elementary education from Madison College (James Madison University). Linda volunteers at CrossRoads, helping field trip students get a glimpse of daily life experiences relevant for settlers of the Shenandoah Valley. She and her husband enjoy traveling, including explorations of historical or cultural sites with their grandchildren. When at home, Linda’s artistry finds expression in creating silk scarves and quilting.
